Review on Lil Rider Scooter Beginner Coordination 80 TK01530 by Joe Montalvo

We ordered this for our daughter for her birthday. We ordered it a few months in advance but I didn't unpack it to assemble until her birthday. The side stand is very visibly scratched, the handlebars are missing pieces of wood, the instructions are one step but do not mention or indicate where all the parts go, the parts near the front wheel do not all fit together properly This made the front end very wobbly and unsafe , and everything came in poor quality packaging, which probably resulted in damage to the parts. I want a refund but can't figure out how to contact the seller. A very disappointed child on his birthday and two disappointed parents.
