Video and keyboard switching works, mouse switching doesn't work
The device switches video, but with much more delay than other KVM switches I've used, including other HDMI switches. Keyboard switching also works reliably. However, mouse switching often does not work properly. In terms of tech support, I can't find any online support, and the trivial documentation that came with the device was for a different Switch model. Overall I think I probably should have returned the device.
