Review on ArcPro by Robert Buenconsejo

The ability to create reports in various formats which can be used by our legal department as well as those who need them outside of Legal is very helpful! It's not much but it would make my day if I could say "it was easy" with this product!! There are no downsides about ARCP at all so far - maybe you have some other system or software? Maybe try another one out first before deciding whether there will actually ever be any problems using ARCp. We use many different programs throughout the year (e-discovery/forensics) from multiple vendors however when we found ARC P they were able to provide us an excellent solution to meet ALL needs while also providing training through their team members.
