The product is easy to use, very intuitive with no learning curve required at all! It has saved us time by centralizing our inventory data in one place so we can easily track assets throughout their lifecycle as well as keep up-to date records of when they are due or past service dates if needed (which helps prevent costly downtime).
Nothing really I dislike but would like more customization options available through 3rd party tools such that you could make your own custom reports etc which was not possible before this platform came along - perhaps it's just me though since my experience only goes back about 6 months now? For those looking into tracking maintenance history/downtime costs; having accessible information from anywhere via web browser will save them money over purchasing standalone hardware devices because there isn't an upfront cost involved plus its easier than manually logging everything yourself once items have been serviced already!!
