Great as a temporary shelter or playpen for my two guinea pigs. I use puppy mats and puppy houses that I bought separately to make setting up the playpen and cleaning up afterwards easier. I don't recommend them as permanent housing as they are still web-like and can gnaw through unattended or climb over the edge using their body weight. This is a great temporary or play home. When removing, make sure the base is completely dry in case urine gets on it. Air it out or wipe it with a towel to keep it from getting dirty during storage. My pigs loved it! He ran in circles and played tag. It also allows you to take your piglets with you on family and/or park visits. Beware of predators such as eagles, cats or stray animals, never leave piglets unattended. Pro tip: use a large towel or mat under the cage to collect urine.
