I've used a few different hydration belts over the past few years of running. This one surpasses them all. Why? 1. It fits perfectly. It's not that it stays on well, it fits snug but doesn't put any pressure on the hips. To be honest I can hardly say it's there.2. water removal. Pulling water bottles from your belt while running is surprisingly easy and doesn't require turning, stopping, or other difficulties. Entry and exit3. The back case is a great size for an iPhone 4S and will easily fit a much larger phone. I can only confirm the iPhone 4S.
