Only Approved Food Fryer Cleaner
This is the only approved chemical approved for cleaning open fryers at the food facility where I work. I was very skeptical about cleaning cars. Of course my skepticism vanished after the first application. The heating elements inside the open fryer have come off from years of soot and look like new.
