Very easy to use, filling the balloons is very quick and easy. This is not for inflating with helium, but to fill the foil "Happy Birthday Balloons" you need to use the small cap on the tube to inflate air and a small straw into both the balloon and the car to introduce, as well as detailed instructions on how to do that.
