I have attached photos showing the amplifier assembled. They EXACTLY match what is shown in the product listing but may be of help as I describe the process I used to build, test and use.1. Sort all parts.2. Remove the protective films attached to the back acrylic cover.3. Attach the back cover to the amplifier with 4 or the included screws. The 4 brass posts are threaded at each end and screwed together with screws.4. Remove the paper tape from the heatsink tape and press it against the main amp chip. THIS IS IMPORTANT!5. Attach the aluminum top cover to the circuit board with the remaining 4 screws by screwing them into the brass posts installed previously.6. Connect two speakers to the speaker terminals.7. Connect the power supply to the wire/barrel connector, red to +V and black to ground.8. Press the included handle against the power button/volume knob. You may be wondering what voltage to use to power the board. The listing says: 9V to 27V, and the silkscreen on the board says: 5V to 27V. Which is correct? Actually both. 5V is suitable for low power applications - this is perhaps the most common usage for this board. A 5V power supply, which can be used to charge a phone or similar device, will provide 1A to 2A at 5V. The class D amplifier used on the board is at least 80% efficient, so a 5V power supply can provide enough power for small speakers with an output of 4-5 watts. This is how I will use the board. Suppose you want to drive much higher powered speakers (audio drivers)? The way to do this is to use a more powerful DC power supply. They usually provide a much higher output voltage for higher power. If you're using 25W speakers (maximum per channel), I recommend a laptop power supply that supplies 14 to 20 volts with a current rating of 4 amps (14V) to 3 amps (19V). This can be verified by checking the power rating of the power supply. It should be at least 45W, but if you want to play music at maximum volume, get a model that can deliver 60W of power. Finally, how do you use the amplifier board? It features an audio input jack that accepts a standard stereo sound source such as a TV. The board's real utility, however, lies in its Bluetooth wireless connectivity. Find BT-WUZH1 in the Bluetooth connections of your phone or laptop. Select it as your audio device (no code required). I will make a case for the board to match my living room decor. I will add a photo showing this after I complete this part of the project.
