The product is very easy to use, even for people with little knowledge of computers it’s great because you can manage many users in your organization at once without spending time training them as they will be able using this platform almost automatically! You need someone who knows how social networks work before buying so if that's what I'm looking for then yes but maybe look into other features like video or chat options etc.. There are some small bugs here an there which makes us lose valuable data every now n again though not enought often tho we have been notified about most issues within 24 hours when possible otherwise sometimes days pass by until our tech team gets back from their holidays hahaha.
