I received this product about 5 weeks ago and have wanted to clean floors many times before writing a review. I use a vinegar/hot water solution and the color holds up great. I didn't see any fading at all. I will be ordering a self tanner nearby to rejuvenate my old lingerie stitch. I was able to use a black pencil for about 100 square feet. She was very easy to use. Follow the directions and then shake and press the top down to let the paint flow. You may have to do this multiple times throughout the process. If you think you're running out of water, just repeat the steps. The tip was somewhat ruined towards the end by the roughly ground mortar. I wanted a black grout with my matte black tiles and unfortunately the grout dries graphite so that gave me the look I wanted. Also, when our tiles were laid, the grout was very uneven and missing in a few places, so I found the temporary solution I needed to fuse everything together. I highly recommend and will attach some before and after photos. . I would recommend a smaller pen.
