So far this is working fine for my small office. I installed it on our network and I'm happy to report that it was pretty easy if you have some experience with setting up static IPs and installing drivers and programs on multiple computers. For some reason all the label printers I've used are harder to set up online than regular printers, but this one was much easier than a Zebra printer and stays connected unlike a Dymo printer. Yes, I am using my third label printer due to network connection issues. If I ever need to buy another one I hope they offer a plug and play model. However, I use it for recipe labels. Although the labels I have had to use with my office software are a bit large for recipe labels, they work great and so far the label maker has been very reliable to use from any computer in our office. I also like that this device gives you the possibility to use multiple labels of different sizes, which you have to set up on each computer with the p touch program (otherwise you won't be able to print anything), so it has more potential than other label manufacturers, that I have used. Overall happy with this label printer.
