Review on πŸ”’ Twist-Lock Suction Cup Base with Ball by RAM MOUNTS by Jacob Ashman

There is no skill here

If I could give zero stars it would be what it should be. After receiving this on June 10th, I reassembled it the following evening with a dot of Loctite on each screw and left it until June 18th (simply because I was gone). When trying to attach the base of the suction cup to the windshield, the ball came loose and broke the propeller housing on both sides. I'm thankful I didn't walk down the street and lose my GoPro. It's not even that the screws were too tight, I made sure I didn't hear a squeak or that normal noise when you tighten two plastic parts; and don't forget that I had surgery on my arm in November and I still have a hard time using a screwdriver. Emailed Ram Mounts last night along with a copy of Revain's invoice and their guarantee reply was "As soon as I get the next email with a guaranteed $2.75 shipping fee"; Why not just email the information to pay for the return? I wanted to use it for a weekend trip. I think it is now.
