The fingerprint scanner is located on the back of the device rather than underneath the screen, which is a significant downside. When it comes to making payments, this is a huge inconvenience. More nitpicks than major problems: 1. The battery life is sufficient for the entire day, up until the evening (about 20 hours), but there is a sense that the 4000ma battery should work for a longer period of time. In the Note9, some service gradually but surely consumes this battery. 2. The sound quality through the headphones isn't terrible, but I get the impression that Wolfson sounded more robust the first time around. Now since there are many different instruments involved in the composition, it sounds chaotic. It seems as though there is loudness, as well as a smooth, adequately developed bass and typical high frequencies, but there is not enough clarity. 3. At maximum volume, the external lower speaker may occasionally produce a creaking sound on certain tracks.
