The cheapest. One reason is that a component is missing. And the design is missing a very important part to keep it from blowing through. If you rely on your soldering skills and are willing to do a little research (YouTube) you can make this thing work great. It must be repaired before it is used for the first time. So if you don't want that, BUY SOMETHING ELSE! It will break very quickly if you don't change it. I fixed mine by adding a 1000uF capacitor to the circuit and it worked great on hundreds of welds. It is also not a 100% duty cycle item. I would best rate it at 25% duty cycle (after refurbishment).
