Threat care can be used by any company and is very helpful with our client company. They send you an email when something pops up in their reports so i can respond quicker than having them report it on my own. Have not found anything bad about threat care. Would like for there to be more notifications regarding which report was what because sometimes i can't see which one is new and what needs attention immediately. Not sure we are getting the most info out of this program, but there are some good updates sent to us almost every day. It works with all companies regardless if they have McAfee or other antivirus software. We use Threatcare during the workday to keep track of all new threats and notify us and our clients of the same. I like how easy it was for me to get into my environment with ThreatCare as well as setup all of our systems in only about 30 minutes. There are some features/plugins we could've used more time with (we're still learning them). As mentioned above, getting everything up and running took much less than an hour! We have been able to easily test out new patches or software without having to create a VM just yet and can now do so relatively quickly.
