It has helped me understand how hackers would work in my environment as I was able see all of our devices logged into remotely by an attacker even though we were not actively being attacked at this time! Threat care can be used by any company and is very helpful with our client company. They send you an email when something pops up in their reports so i can respond quicker than having them report it on my own. Have not found anything bad about threat care. Would like for there to be more notifications regarding which report was what because sometimes i can't see which one is new and what needs attention immediately.
