I love the Airmat privacy filter! I bought a 26" filter, but after putting it on, I noticed bubbles all over the screen (similar to those that appear when you put a screen protector on a phone or e-reader). I contacted the company and they sent me another one (but 25" since 26" was too big for my 23.8" Windows 10 All-in-One PC). However, when I put the 25" screen on, I still had blisters all over the place (even worse than the 26" screen). I thought it might have something to do with how long I let the screen and filter dry after cleaning with alcohol. to wipe. After cleaning both with alcohol wipes and letting them dry overnight, I reapplied the 25 inch filter but there were still bubbles. Then I remembered I have an Endust for Electronics cleaning spray. It's also an anti-static spray. I sprayed it on the screen and filter, then wiped it off with a microfiber cloth. The third time I applied 25" there were no bubbles! I contacted Airmat and informed them that the anti-static spray worked and they were happy. I also suggested that you consider including an anti-static wipe with the product instead of an alcohol wipe .They agreed and it will be in the package soon.They also said I return the 26" and the 25" could keep and they would refund me the difference in price. I love the customer support I received. They were very accommodating and patient in trying to fix the bladder issue. Incidentally, I received an email from a company stating that another customer had contacted them about a bladder problem. The customer service team suggested trying an anti-static spray and they fixed the problem right away. So if you have blisters after fitting ANY size filters (from Airmat or any other brand), DO NOT return the product. Just try spraying anti-static spray on the computer screen and the side of the filter that touches the screen.
