This little plastic hamburger press works great. I use a dimple insert as it makes it easier to pull the patty out of the container. Note that this is plastic and you can't just pop a meatball in and press on it. hard to squeeze out the flesh. HE WILL BREAK if you do. Use some common sense. This is an inexpensive product that helps make burger patties more uniform. I weigh the balls of my meat mixes that I want to make into patties to about the same weight (more or less), then place them in a hamburger press and spread the meat out relatively evenly (this doesn't have to be perfect, after all, the press compresses everything). ), and then use the part of the handle to push down as evenly as possible. Yes some of them were a little crooked but they cooked well and it definitely brought my burgers closer to normal size instead of some being small and some being too big. LOL If you need an inexpensive hamburger press, this works! I'm very happy with it so far. I've used it with hamburger meat as well as ground beef that I've used to make chorizo burgers. Excellent. To attempt! ;-)
