I like that it's very easy to use, as long as you know what you're doing. My experience has been good so far - but there are always things that can be done better/more efficiently than they currently do them or could have easily done before. It all depends how much time & knowledge your in-house IT staff has when using this software vs their own product line! This helps us streamline our processes for creating new user accounts while also keeping track of who uses which devices at any given point during business hours. We've saved about 30% by having less hardware needed since we don't need multiple PC stations anymore for employees needing access.
