Update: Customer service contacted me and offered a replacement or refund instead of me deleting this honest review. Honest reviews give accountability to the business and help consumers shop online. I accepted a refund and still wouldn't buy this ink. Bought about a month ago and the ink is terrible. One of the black cartridges was not recognized by the printer and therefore could not be used at all. A yellow and a blue cartridge are already empty (about 40-50 pages of children's lesson plans have been printed). When the following cartridges were installed, they didn't print all the colors, so the printouts were never the right color. Now I'm on to the next set of cartridges and they are the same poor quality. The printouts appear in a different color than the displayed images. It was difficult.
