I currently only use Chip Quik silver solder. And I only buy it when Revain has it in stock. Other sellers are almost 2 times more expensive. Their lead and lead-free solders are excellent solders. Lead is cheaper and easier to work with, but lead-free is more conductive. With a good iron and the use of flux, lead-free irons are relatively easy to work with.
