Great Baking: Bread Makers
I ordered this because when I don't have time to bake bread by hand I prefer to use a bread maker. My 2 pound bread machine was tall and narrow and never quite rose my bread. Pictured is a multigrain bread made from my own recipe and weighs 2 pounds. It turned out beautifully with a medium crust. Only complaint, I had to knead and flatten the dough in the pan before it started rising, but I LOVE this machine. It was the first bread. The car smoked a little from the new metal, but then stopped.
