Product works great. With the exception of some of the six tablets which always appear to be wet and swell as a result. I usually keep a box of diplomas handy, so when the water heater tells me it's time to clean, I have them. I don't think bloated pills are bad or useless, just that they get stuck in the tube and prevent you from taking all six pills. So put the best first.
