Essential if you have a Truma water heater. Don't rely on plain vinegar to clean them. The tablets are designed to be inserted into the pipe of the water heater. Put them in, start a cleaning cycle. Done and done.

The tablets are too big to fit completely in the cell. I've since read suggestions of rubbing them down a bit by scraping the concrete before pasting. There is a great video on YouTube that explains the whole descaling process.

The water heater showed a need for descaling. I found a video online showing the descaling process. It was a very simple process. The pills worked great! The heater didn't let me make a mistake. Now the heater works like new.

This was my first time using descaling tablets. The instructions were well written and the process worked. The Truma water heater works so well that I plan to keep using these tablets to keep it going. The tablet order was handled very well by the seller, it arrived exactly when expected.

Product works great. With the exception of some of the six tablets which always appear to be wet and swell as a result. I usually keep a box of diplomas handy, so when the water heater tells me it's time to clean, I have them. I don't think bloated pills are bad or useless, just that they get stuck in the tube and prevent you from taking all six pills. So put the best first.
