I was looking forward to using this product. First I needed spacers which I bought myself to make sure they lined up properly with my rear sprocket. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal, it added extra weight, but I was more concerned that my chain wouldn't snap. On first use, my 50km Trail/XX ride that should have taken me 2.5 hours turned into a 5 hour affair. The problem I was hoping to solve with this product was not affected in any way and the chain jumped just as much as it did before installation. I even aggressively positioned myself in top gear (where the chain was most likely to pop out) while riding, to the point where I even rubbed a bit of chain on that guide and it kept popping out. After driving the multi-tool for hours and trying to reposition it every time it popped out, I finally gave up and took it apart towards the end of the trip.
