In fact, it looks like this chain guide has a protective cover first and then adds that it looks very good on the bike! You no longer have to worry about the chain falling off when there are large breaks. Very easy to install, you don't need to take anything off to put it on.

Good quality product and they have done everything to include spacers and other hardware to make it work on a variety of bikes but it doesn't quite work for mine YT Capra at least straight out of the box. This will work, but I need to provide additional hardware to get it where it needs to be.

I originally bought a Funn Bashgaurd for my trail bike but after losing my tee twice on the same trail I bought a chain guide because it fits her bashgaurd perfectly . I've come back this trail half a dozen times since then, and I haven't dropped my chain yet. I especially like the shims that allow you to adjust the guide to your chain. Overall a good set, I'm very happy with it.

This fits my Trek chainstay and cleans the chain line perfectly with 3mm spacers behind the aluminum part. No spacers are needed behind the rail. I was looking forward to using this product. First I needed spacers which I bought myself to make sure they lined up properly with my rear sprocket. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal, it added extra weight, but I was more concerned that my chain wouldn't snap.
