Yes, they work fine on a 24 volt power supply!
This light was just what I needed to replace the halogen lights on my Prevost bus! They work great. Much lighter than halogens and a perfect fit. I used 3M double sided tape to attach them to my talking marathon bus! Much less $$ than the converter recommended plastic case! The amplifier consumption is only a fraction of what it used to be and no heat is generated by the light! I am very happy with the performance! They work well on 24 volts, although the light reads 12 volts. They had them for a month and left them on for several hours with no problems!
