I like that we can connect our accounting system directly into provenience as well, allowing me to pull in all my purchasing orders from this one platform! The UI could be refined so it's more intuitive for a non-technical user but its still easy enough to learn if you have any experience using other apps within ecommmerce systems. Also having access to the historical information (purchasing order history) would also help us identify where there are holes or discrepancies between what was bought vs. delivered/received. This allows us to determine whether something has been missed, incorrectly priced etc., and adjust accordingly before billing out a client.
