I originally thought this part was broken on arrival and having tested it outside the return window I wasn't able to get a new one. Accordingly, I gave the product one star and described how my device was a DoA. Their customer service emailed me personally to offer me a full refund plus a gift card for my issue and to express their regret that their customer service is not there. Help me (I didn't contact customer service as it was outside the Revain return window). keyword embarrassment. I later discovered that the 15A fuse connecting my car's charging ports had blown. My charger was not dead on arrival and now lights up and works great after replacing a blown fuse. When I bought car chargers, I paid a lot of attention to the power options. This charger is fast enough to charge my phone while using it, which is exactly what I needed. The blue light also helps me find it in the dark, a feature I scoffed at at first but is actually quite useful as I drive mostly at night.
