Be sure to test it for a short circuit with a meter before using it!

Mine arrived with a complete short between center piece and ground which I found with an ohmmeter after my scanner picked up no signals. If you intend to use this on a transmitter, be sure to test it with a multimeter before attaching it! Your Tx will not be happy if you pass on a short. Other reviewers have also noted the same issue, so be vigilant. As it stands, it's probably not something you want to risk using on a transmitter, even if it arrives without a short, as it's a fairly sensitive device that can go dead short at any time.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Poor
