Landing is deep, you need a pillow under the lower back, but it is included in the kit. Doesn't take up much space. I got everything I expected from the chair 👌 Cons: Sitting without a pillow is uncomfortable, the landing is such that the is deeper than the shoulder blades, which eventually causes discomfort, but with a pillow, everything is fine. This is not a flaw, but rather a feature and design.
