Hmm it's not! Strong chemical smell and bad seams
We bought 2 different burlap runners and really wanted this to work but wasn't optimistic based on the reviews so we gave it a try anyway. I just had to rely on the reviews. Loved the look but the runner had a really strong chemical smell, stiff material, lots of frayed edges (not rustic, just looks unfinished) and you can see the visible stitching on the lace on the burlap - wouldn't be a big issue if it was was made better, but it was poor workmanship. Wouldn't recommend it.
