I just got this yesterday and my first impressions were great. It connected to my computer right away and I love the feeling when I type. It's a bit high, but that's easily remedied with a wrist rest. But today (second day of ownership) I used it and went outside for 10 minutes. When I went back, the backlight/RGB for the keyboard was off, so I just thought it was in sleep mode. I pressed a few keys to see if he would wake up, but nothing happened. I turned off the keyboard and put it back into bluetooth mode. Still nothing. I changed the wired connection (making sure the cable is plugged in and the switch is correctly in wired mode). Still nothing. I've spent the last 1-1.5 hours trying all sorts of options to get the keyboard working but still got no response. The only thing I got was a charging light on the right side of the keyboard, and that's when I plugged in my keyboard. It's currently fully charged and I'll be draining the battery to see if it does any good (well there's no way of knowing as there's no indicator when it's not plugged in). I have contacted support and hope they can resolve this issue. I very much doubt I'm doing anything wrong because I followed the instructions that came with it and it worked fine just before it suddenly stopped working. I've heard good things about this keyboard and I'm sorry I experienced this. I'll change my rating if they can solve this problem, but my first impressions aren't great. general
