I like that you can easily store all your sample types into one database, which saves time when searching through records to find what type/sample was collected from whom (this way it's easy to see who has been contacted previously). The software also comes with many useful tools such as barcode reader so this makes finding samples much easier than using paper charts or writing down data manually! It would be nice if there were more options available within each function - maybe an option where users could create their own functions? Also sometimes we get stuck because things are set up wrong but don't know how they're supposed to look after inputting them correctly first-time around; however once everything looks correct its fairly straight forward afterwards too..
