Bike mostly assembled. It seems like they are delaying everything for delivery. So it takes a bit of tact and skill to make it run smoothly. The bike is a bit heavy for my 3.5 year old. She weighs about 40 pounds and is in good physical shape. I give it four stars because it looks durable and has above average style. One star deducted for lack of specific instructions and the above claims.
