Works best in stationary radios CB

It does what it's supposed to do. I have never had an accidental RF leak past this unit and have used several of these. The only complaint I have is that one of them was sent to me with a missing screw on the plug so it was a bit loose. They can't be taken apart so I just used them as is. This in no way affects the electrical characteristics of the device, only quality control. DX Engineering makes a similar device built into an aluminum body with better build quality. But also three times more expensive. For a good budget gas station - a good choice. For high power applications (e.g. 1kW or more) I would choose the DX engineering part.
