
It's not clear from the documentation and sales papers that using the phone app is the ONLY way to control these devices and their associated mesh routers. This might be fine for a home application, but for managing a group of them, especially in a commercial environment, it's downright ridiculous. This makes them quite unsafe and therefore difficult to manage.
