I really wanted to love this foot massager! I have complex regional pain syndrome in my right leg, and very often I have quite severe pain. I often enjoy rubbing my feet, so I figured this Guisee Shiatsu Foot Massager would give me similar benefits! My husband LOVES this compression leg massager! So unless you have foot problems I'm sure this will be absolutely great for most adults at the end of the day when your feet are in need of gentle care! This foot massager offers three levels and grades of Shitasu massage. and three heating levels. Unfortunately I couldn't go beyond the first level of massage as I was in pain. My husband starts at level one and progresses to level three each time. He usually uses it when watching sports on TV and finds it very relaxing. I have found several times that it sleeps during use, so this must be very relaxing for some people! This massager features air compression and shitasu massage. It could be the compression that was giving me pain because it felt like my right leg was being compressed too much. My husband found it very comfortable and found both the massage and compression to be well suited to his well being. He also loves heat, but doesn't use it every time. My husband now uses this foot massager every night and after any physical activity. He said it was like a professional massage. If you're tired, this can be a great way to revitalize your legs. My husband gets professional massages including a professional foot massage and said this foot massager feels better than his professional foot massage! That says a lot because he loves his professional massage! This device isn't big or heavy at all, so it's very easy to carry from room to room. For myself or as an incredibly thoughtful gift I would recommend this foot massager to anyone who loves a foot massage for tired achy feet. However, with the caveat that this may not help if you already have painful foot problems. I recommend!
