I suppose the banged up ripped box should have been a red flag for starters. But we decided we were going to give it a shot anyways and it was a waste of time even if it only took less then 10 mins to swap out our shower heads. The first thing that we noticed was that the handheld doesn’t fit in it’s holster, it’s so loose it falls out. Lastly we had great water pressure, that went bye bye with this rain head. It’s one thing for the rain head to be lighter in pressure but the handheld had crap pressure. So tomorrow it comes down and goes back. Hopefully they won’t send it to someone else.
