They have different flashing modes. Getting 4 of these for this price is a great deal. Each comes with its own USB cable and mount. Mounts are fine at best. They wrap around bike racks and rotate on only one axis. There are often 5-6 different angles of inclination. They've all moved. One of them was good and stayed in place. The rest were prone to pitch changes due to vibration and shock. Since then I've left a good mount freely moveable and adjustable. I simply glued the other three with superglue in different correct places. It was raining a bit when I took them out so they're definitely waterproof and there's a nice rubber plug on the charging port. I don't think I would risk them in the pouring rain or underwater. I bought these because of the flexibility of the attachment and am very happy with it. The lights can be easily removed from the brackets and can be rotated on the bracket by multiples of 90 degrees. Mostly horizontal or vertical. But here, too, they only rotate around one axis. I have one on my bike, one on the back of my bike helmet, one on my backpack and one on the back of my headlamp (strap). I'll also wear one on the back of the ski, a helmet, maybe threaded through a goggle strap. When skiing, I'll probably stick with solid red. When cycling, I prefer to use flashlights. This is a great and inexpensive security flashlight to use to say "Hello, I'm here."
