Best thing I bought to help my recovery!
I had ankle surgery and a fellow nurse said I needed to ensure I have enough ice for recovery post op. Well I did even better when I found this gem! The combination of cold and compression is a double win. I’m healing ahead of schedule and have had minimal pain. This cryo cuff is amazing and I have been so happy to have found it!
- This product is amazing for icing your whole ankle. Way easier than ice packs!
