Purchased to charge outdoor camera batteries. The open circuit voltage is 7.2V in full sunlight and the short circuit current is 330mA. It appears that a low barrier diode (0.3V) is in series with the cells but is not visible under the back seal of the USB cable. The internal resistance is probably around 22 ohms and is therefore ideal for slow charging of 4.3 V lithium batteries (with an external regulator). It's been up for a few weeks now and works great.
