They are alright. on Kitchen & Dining
They work just like my old Pampered Chef flexible cutting boards but I found that when I cut meat on them the meat slipped off because the boards are so smooth that doesn't happen with my Pampered Chef boards. And I can't turn them upside down because I need a "grip" at the bottom to keep the board from moving.
