Judging by the number of "doesn't fit " complaints, it's clear they'd rather sell the valves than take them.

2010 F-150 4.6L 2-valve engine will not fit. Be sure to look at your original (many don't have coolant wires or connectors) and compare it to the supplied part. Judging by the number of 'Not Suitable' complaints, it's clear they would rather sell the valves than take the time to update their application information.
