Review on UDA ConstructionOnline by Hector Liamsi

It is extremely helpful for any and every department within my organization (construction). You can even use this in your office if you would like - very beneficial! I have yet to realize how many benefits you receive from using this program. However there are sooo many that we have not realized yet. This system helps tremendously with our scheduling of projects as well as submittals and payment information which has cut down greatly on the amount of errors made through manual labor. Additionally, we have been able to create an environment where everyone knows what tasks need to be completed next by utilizing our Project Manager's ability to upload work orders/responses into our CRM online. We also utilize its "Send Email" option when requesting specific changes or new items added throughout the building process. This makes us accountable since they know who submitted the request so nothing gets missed. Its easy to navigate between different departments in order to track requests/costings/etc and easily locate them again once finished. Also, the "Add Comment Feature" allows me to add notes I like that you can see your schedule for each task in order of completion date so if there is any change or delay then this will show up right away! It's also easy to add tasks as well which makes things quick and simple when adding new jobs. Sometimes it takes time before some changes are reflected online but once they do reflect it works great!! We've been able to keep track with our projects better than ever since we started using UDA Online.
