Misleading product for poles and accessories
These pole caps are made of thin metal. We hope they endure and endure unless we have hail. The description said "hardware included" which we thought meant screws were included. However, they were not included and the manufacturer said the description was incorrect that no screws were needed to install the covers. There are screw holes, so we think they should be installed with screws. The product is described as suitable for 3.5" x 3.5" racks, but they are actually 4" x 4" holes so they will not fit properly.
