1. Make sure you order the right size according to the product information. Don't guess - actually check.2. Don't expect anything special to happen after dragging it in. It's just there and ready to use.3. Don't expect much from the JetDrive Toolkit. Aside from turning the sleep function on and off, I'm not sure this is very useful.4. Do not store your photo library on this drive. According to the website, this is a bad idea. Store other things. Like games! 5. It is difficult to remove because it is flush. You'll need something thin, like a butter knife, to remove without scratching anything -- use it to lift the edge just enough to pry all the way out with your fingers or tweezers. I bought this because, like many others, I now work from home. My MacBook Pro is an early 2015 13-inch Retina display and I ran out of storage FAST due to poor storage choices and heavy use of the machine a few years ago. I've also been playing video games on my Mac through Steam and found Civilization 6 to be a HUGE file, especially when you add DLC. I switched my default steam library to this drive and my computer and I are much happier. I'm a bit sorry I didn't buy the largest memory, but I wanted to save some money.
