The cable feels good and is durable. The plug fits the type C and type A connectors described. I have a Google Nexus 5x and am concerned about the charging situation. Having only one CC cable limits the possibilities. I bought this pair of cables to keep one in my bag and the other in my car. Now I could still use my old car charger, and with a different cable I could use any regular USB charger or port. I don't mind, but this cable only supports USB 2.0, not 3.0, so it won't be that fast. I don't mind as my phone's port only supports USB 2.0 speeds anyway. The charging speed is limited only by the port. I used a tablet charger and can still charge quickly.
