Bought for vacation to paint. Some pieces fell out when I opened the box, some pinecone leaves were bent or broken off, but the value is still there. I don't expect so many things packed tightly in a box to be perfect. Everything fits and everything works for what I need. Imperfections work in my ideas for what I bought them for, so don't worry. You look great but don't smell? I found that an odd question, it's just pine cones, not scented ones. I would buy them for your craft needs.
